Project Architect - Retail/Mixed-Use
A small Melbourne firm in a central location that focuses on retail and mixed-use projects is looking for a project architect to join their well established firm. With the market on the up take the next step in your career and run your own projects.
To be considered for this role you will have experience as a mid-range architect working on retail and mixed-use commercial projects. Ideally you will be an architect with 5-10 years experience, who has worked across all stages of projects and can lead a team to produce detailed documentation.
You will be expected to liaise with both client and consultants and work on projects autonomously or as part of a small team. Typically you will be working on multiple projects at any given time, however you will be able to call on the expertise of the director and senior staff as this is a tight-knot office.
AutoCAD or Revit skills are a prerequisite and registration or those working towards it will be looked upon favourably.
