We are currently seeking an experienced professional to work as a part of the Customer Service team at the Yakka Head Office in Broadmeadows.  This role will see you with the core responsibility of building long term relationships with our corporate clients. This is an exciting time as we undergo significant upgrades in our technology suite and improvements to our service offering.

Key responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering all incoming calls to resolve customer enquiries effectively.
  • Effective time management to meet day to day customer ordering / follow up needs.
  • Use of a variety of systems including ordering, e-commerce, e-parcel & CRM.
  • Taking total ownership including custom solutions, reporting and problem solving.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner

To be successful, we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in delivering first class customer service and is accustomed to servicing major accounts.
  • Someone who is eager to contribute their experience and ideas towards continuous improvement projects.
  • A results driven individual who can deal with customers and employees at any level.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills along with being Internet and E-Commerce savvy.

In this role you will be working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, sharing ideas, thoughts and feedback. You will be customer centric and have a demonstrated ability to process information and solve problems in a well organised and flexible environment.  We are interested in candidates who enjoy variety and multi-tasking plus lots of interface with a broad range of people, activities and problems.
