A fantastic opportunity, due to growth, has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne office.
Reporting to the Director, your role will be to source new business and manage some existing business relationships. You will be supported with resource and candidate support; business development support via telemarketing and; training and sales management assistance.
To be successful in this role you will ideally possess previous recruitment experience with proven billings. The potential of bringing a client list will be highly regarded. You will also need to possess an excellent phone manner, be willing to listen and learn, and have a strong desire to succeed. If you have these attributes, then we need to speak to you.
